Programs Re:Sources Become a Partner

Program Sponsorship

Programs, workshops, and coaching interventions are customized for groups and individuals. Programs sponsored by established associations and organizations leverage the community of parents already in place which in turn adds to the richness of the workshop experience. Some suggestions for potential sponsorships include:

•  High school parent associations

•  College counseling centers in high school

•  Churches and synagogues

•  Community agencies and organizations

•  Neighborhood associations

•  College and university parent associations

•  Informal groups of parents of college-bound students

Program Venues

Just as the content of our programs are customized, so are the venues in which the programs are conducted. We are committed to delivering our programs and services at times and in locations that are convenient. Collegiate Parents also recognizes the importance of conducting programs in unique environments that support learning, community building, and reflection. Some suggestions for program venues include:

•  Institutional settings including high schools, churches, community centers, and colleges.

•  Home workshops conducted in the comfort of your home in the company of a small group of parents who are involved in the collegiate transition process.

•  TeleSeminars (similar to a conference call) that are conducted over the phone.

•  Retreat settings including conference centers, resort hotels, and cruise ships that offer amenities to supplement the learning experience.

Pre-Program Consultation

We are prepared to work with you to discuss how Collegiate Parents can best address your needs. The first step in this process is a Pre-Program Consultation in which we explore the possibilities and potentials for creating a program that is engaging, meaningful, and helpful to parents of college-bound students.

We recognize that parents may be at different points in their collegiate journey. Some may be just starting the college exploration process and others may soon be visiting colleges. Evaluating choices and making decisions are facing some families while other families are attending college orientation programs and preparing for their child's launch into college. For these reasons it is important to customize our program offerings to meet parents where they are in the process of becoming an effective collegiate parent.

To schedule a Pre-Program Consultation, please contact us by e-mail and provide us with your contact information. We will schedule a time when we can discuss your ideas and needs. Following our conversation, you will receive an initial proposal for consideration which is subject to revision based on our continued work together.

We are committed to working with you to co-create an experience for parents of college-bound students that meets your needs and welcome your involvement in the planning process.
